Since I was a child one of the most important things in my life was the process of learning. But what is learning without assignments, assessments and diplomas? Well, I finished with all of them and now enjoy the beautiful result that hangs on my wall! Two diplomas after 17 months of reading, writing, listening to webinars, practicing with real people and problems, as well with mentors, colleagues and faculty staff! It has been a lot!
Now I realize that this is only the beginning! This was just the start of the journey. The more I practice it the more I get into the real meaning of Coaching and I discovered that I love it 😍 When I see a really troubled person in front of me at the beginning of the session and then start the process of listening and questioning in order to help the client to get to his/her final awareness and responsibility, is an unbelievable exploration work 🔦 It gives me hope that change is possible for everyone!
Here is the moment I want to thank so many people.
- First to Katrin and Brian Prentice – the leading personalities for the Bulgarian branch of Noble Manhattan. They have true dedication and consistency in the work they do!
- Thanks a lot to my mentor Ivanina Zaharieva, for the patience she had with me even though I was a little weird mentee 🧐
- Of course, everyone from the faculty staff in Bulgaria has enriched my knowledge in Coaching with their ability to transfer information, especially the webinars prepared and presented by Ralitsa Hristova and Borislava Loboshka.
