TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR POINT OF SALE (ONLINE) PURCHASES
1.1 The website and its online shop are owned and managed by Palitri International Ltd as the official and licensed Master Distributor of Noble Manhattan Coaching Ltd responsible for the delivery of all NMC coach training programs on the territories of Bulgaria and the countries in the region of Europe-CE/Balkans.
1.2 Palitri International Ltd is a company registered as a legal entity in Bulgaria; UIC 202232280, VAT# BG202232280, seat registered at the address: 1373 Sofia, kv. Zapaden Park, bl.139-G-57
1.3 Palitri International Ltd is obligate to provide the Noble Manhattan Course/product in return for the Fee
1.4 The terms and conditions published here apply only to the financial transactions through the virtual POS option of payments in the online shop.
1.5 Each course/program issues a specific set of course terms and conditions which you will be required to sign upon registration as a student on a specific course/program, and which govern your participation in the respective course/program.
1.6 The financial rules published below do not override neither do they supersede the course terms and conditions governing the specific course you enroll in, but should be rather interpreted in conjunction with them. – please, write firstname.lastname@example.org for further assistance and information.
2.1. Fees quoted include workshop training and materials only.
2.2. The student accepts that he/she is liable for the full course fee regardless of whether or not the student chooses to complete the entire course.
2.3. The student accepts that subject to the course material being retained beyond the cancellation period he/she is liable for the full course fee regardless of whether or not the student chooses to complete the entire course.
3.1. Course fees must be paid in full, (or a payment plan be in force – see clause 3) prior to commencement on the course.
3.2. Course commencement is deemed as either the date of attendance on a workshop/event or the date course materials are dispatched to the student, whichever is earlier.
3.3. When a payment plan is in force, the student will receive the course materials upon completion of the first monthly payment of the plan after the deposit.
3.4. The exchange rate for payments in LEVA is 1 EUR = 2 BGN
3.5 Methods of payment: You have two options:
1. Bank transfer;
2. Payment by bank card through VPOS (the service is to be activated).
a. Product prices are set in euros.
b. Be advised that when you reach the payment screen, the amounts will be visualized and paid in BGN (Bulgarian leva), because Palitri International Ltd. is a legal entity subject to Bulgarian accounting legislation.
3.7 Refunding a payment:
a. When the payment is made with a bank card, any Refunding may be made only by ordering a reverse operation to the same card from which the initial payment was made, within 30 days of the approval of the cancellation/refund request. No other cards or IBANS will be accepted for a refund.
4. PAYMENT PLANS
4.1 Palitri International Ltd Master distributor for NMC Ltd does operate payment plan options for some of its courses. Further details and terms may be obtained from Regional Office at email@example.com.
4.2 Payment methods include:
- Monthly installments paid by credit card.
- Monthly installments paid by standing order.
- Monthly installments paid by bank transfer.
4.3 If one of the installments is missed then the whole amount of the Fee immediately becomes due and payable
4.4 Administrative charges may be added to the student account in the event that late or non-payment needs to be addressed by Regional Office.
4.5 Payments in addition to the monthly installments may be made at any time.
4.6 Rules if you choose the payment plan option:
- You can start attending all LIVE events/webinars/workshops/training immediately after your initial starting payment is received
- You will receive access to the online student platform and the digital study resources within 14 working days after 30% of your tuition fee has been received.
- Your study materials (paperback copy) will be dispatched to you via courier within 14 working days from the time when the regular monthly installment (which follows after the 30% of the tuition fee – see point 2 above) has been received.
- A monthly administration fee may apply for longer payment plans.
5. Deposit Payments
5.1 Deposit payments are accepted as confirmation of enrolment and as security of the course price at the date of the deposit.
5.2 Course commencement may be up to a maximum of 2 months following the date of the deposit payment.
5.3 In the event that the student fails to proceed deposits are non-refundable.
6. COURSE CANCELLATION AND/OR SUBSTITUTION
6.1 An administrative charge of €15 will be made if a substitute person wishes to replace the original applicant, and Head Office is advised prior to course commencement. Please inform our office of any change to the original booking firstname.lastname@example.org
6.2 In the event that cancellation is made more than 14 days before course commencement, course fees may be canceled/refunded after deduction of a €250 cancellation fee.
6.3 Downloadable E-products are not eligible for money-back guarantees, because they cannot be “returned” due to the nature of downloadable electronic content.
6.4 There is a strict no-money-back policy on missed workshops or courses which have been delivered.
6.5 In the event that cancellation is made within 30 days of receipt of distance learning and paper-back course materials only and provided that all materials are returned in a perfect re-saleable condition and that a Residential/OCE has not been attended and no other component of the course was participated in/used, then Course fees may be canceled/refunded after deduction of a €250 cancellation fee.
7. CANCELLATION OF COURSES BY Palitri International / NOBLE MANHATTAN COACHING LTD
7.1 Palitri Int. ltd as Master Distributor of NMC Ltd reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability. In these circumstances, delegates will be offered an alternative date, a credit note, or a full refund.
In consideration of the Course to be rendered by the NMC Ltd under this agreement the student agrees:
8.1 that any specifications, publicity, or information supplied by NMC Ltd in relation to the provision of the Course are for guidance only and are subject to alteration so far as it is reasonable by NMC Ltd at its sole discretion and without the need for the prior consent of the student to be obtained
8.2 that in the event that NMC Ltd is liable to any extent under this agreement or under the general law, NMC Ltd’s liability is to be limited to the amount of the Fee paid by the student
8.3 that NMC Ltd will not be liable in any way if the Course contains material which the student is already familiar with
8.4 that NMC Ltd has not made any representation that participation in the Course guarantees success as a Life Coach or other career and will guarantee an income
8.5 that NMC Ltd is a training organization and not an agency in that the success of the Coach’s practice is in the hands of the individual
8.6 not to cause or permit anything which may damage or endanger the intellectual property of Palitri International Ltd or NMC Ltd’s title to it or assist or allow others to do so (the Palitri International Ltd or NMC Ltd’s intellectual property includes all aspects of the NMC Ltd’s intellectual property in whatever form associated with NMC Ltd, including but not limited to the rights contained in their website, stationery, customer lists, graphics, literature, style of trading, copyright, design rights, unregistered design rights, patents, logos, course materials, and content, etc.)
