Meet the Trainers
Day 1 — Foundations That Last With Gerard O’Donovan , Founder of Noble Manhattan Coaching, one of the Doyens of Coaching in Europe: The first day is fast-paced and upbeat, designed to energize and immerse participants in practical coaching techniques. You will learn foundational tools, strategies, and practices for effective coaching. In the afternoon, participants break into pairs or small groups to apply these techniques in real coaching exercises, preparing the mind and building clarity under pressure. This day sets the professional standards for the weekend and establishes a strong base for growth.
Day 2 — Presence, Power & Application With Ashley Gordon , NLP with Timeline Therapy and Hypnotherapy Master Trainer: Day two slows down for a deep, reflective dive into self-leadership using Neuro-Linguistic Programming. The trainer explores how identity, language, and internal alignment shape performance and decision-making. Participants engage with techniques to overcome limiting beliefs, explore timelines, and master eye-accessing cues, creating a strong foundation for authentic coaching presence.
Day 3 — Integration, Growth & Human Systems With Ralitsa Hristova, DipNMC, AMC – IAPCM , Accredited Master Coach (IAPC&M) The final day is dynamic and experiential, focused on integrating everything learned across the weekend. Through live demonstrations, group exercises, and feedback sessions, participants practice raising self-esteem, identifying core values, setting vision, and achieving goals. The training emphasizes real coaching application, helping participants develop themselves as competent, confident coaches ready to create tangible impact.
