Day 3 of the Online Coach Training Experience marked a natural progression from the depth of NLP work into a more integrative and forward-looking coaching space.
The session was led by Rallie, whose presence brought a distinct shift in energy — combining precision, insight, and a strong emphasis on real-world coaching application.
Focus of Day 3
While Day 2 centred on NLP tools and structure within the coaching process, Day 3 expanded the perspective toward how coaches think, respond, and operate in real-time dynamics.
Participants were guided through:
- deeper awareness of the coach’s role beyond technique
- refinement of presence, listening, and intervention timing
- practical integration of prior learning into coherent coaching flow
The work moved beyond “what to do” into how to be as a coach.
Learning Experience
The session maintained a highly interactive format, consistent with the experiential nature of the program.
Participants engaged not only with concepts, but with:
- live demonstrations
- reflective exercises
- applied coaching scenarios
This created a space where learning was not just understood — but experienced and embodied.
Rallie’s facilitation won everyone’s hearts with her:

- grounded, experience-based delivery
- ability to translate complex coaching dynamics into practical insight
The approach encouraged participants to step into a more mature, self-aware coaching stance, rather than relying solely on models or frameworks.
Day 3 reinforced a central idea:
Effective coaching is not defined only by the tools you use —
but by the quality of presence and awareness you bring into the process.
With three full days completed, the CTE experience continued to build not just knowledge, but professional identity as a coach.
Each day built on the previous: from structure and coaching models (Day 1) through NLP (Day 2) to values, vision and Selfesteem (Day 3), which marked an important transformation — one that participants will carry forward into both their practice and continued development.
