GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES AND PARTICIPATION IN TRAINING PROGRAMMES

1. General

1.1 Each course or programme has its own specific terms and conditions, which are agreed to upon registration as a student and govern participation in the relevant course or programme.

2. Fees

2.1 The fees stated cover tuition and course materials only (including workshops, online resources, and similar materials).

2.2 The student acknowledges responsibility for the full course fee, irrespective of whether they choose to complete the course.

2.3 Once the student has been granted access to course materials or any other resources containing the intellectual property of NMC Ltd, the course fee shall be non-refundable in the event of withdrawal or discontinuation, even if the course has not been completed.

Whichever occurs first shall constitute the commencement of the course.

3.3 Where an instalment payment plan applies, course materials shall be provided following receipt of the first regular instalment under the plan, during the month following the deposit payment (normally within 14 days).

3.4 A monthly administrative fee of €25 shall apply to instalment payment plans unless otherwise agreed under an individual offer.

3.7 Refunds

Where payment has been made by bank card, any approved refund shall be processed solely as a reversal transaction to the same card within 30 days of approval of the cancellation request. Refunds to alternative cards or bank accounts (IBANs) shall not be accepted.

No refunds shall be made for fees relating to access to course materials, workshops, recordings, or electronic resources, as the student will already have acquired intellectual property belonging to NMC Ltd.
