Welcome the New Year with a Certificate in Applied Coaching and practical skills you can use in your coaching practice, professional development or everyday conversations.

👉 The Programme Includes:

  • 3 full-day practical online modules via Zoom (24 October, 19 December and 23 January), including coaching supervision, exercises, group discussions, mentoring and real-time feedback to build and refine your Applied Coaching Competencies.
    Each module builds on the previous one, gradually developing your skills and confidence. A month between practical modules allows you to consolidate what you learn, practise your skills and progress through the study materials.
    Each live practical module lasts seven hours, providing an intensive, full-day training experience.
  • 3 live support webinar sessions for questions and answers, additional guidance and support in your development as a coach. Each session lasts one hour and gives you the opportunity to clarify questions and receive further guidance as you progress through the programme.
  • 9 distance learning modules through the NMC Student Platform, focusing on the fundamental principles of coaching. You can work through the materials between practical sessions, supporting your learning and helping you prepare for the next stage.
  • A certificate for 19 ICF CCE-accredited hours in Applied Coaching Competencies. 👉 View CCE accreditation
  • Accreditation: IAPC&M, Level 3.

To Receive Your Certificate, You Must:

  1. Attend all three full-day practical training sessions in Applied Coaching Competencies during the programme.
  2. Submit your notes on what you have learned during the three practical training days.
  3. Confirm that you have read the required book by submitting a short review explaining, in your own words, what you have learned from it.
  4. Complete all requirements within four months of registering for the programme.

This structured distance learning programme combines independent study, live practical training and ongoing support to help you develop your coaching competencies step by step.
